A few Things to know:

1. All serve teams should park at Alvin Fairborn & Associates out of the back gate (by the pavilion) at 1289 Del Este. Please arrive an hour before showtime to allow time for everyone to be shuttled by golf cart to the main building before prayer.

2. Note that we have added a 4pm Sensory Sensitive Show for Sunday, December 3rd.

3. We meet in the Auditorium 30 minutes prior to the first show for prayer and any last-minute updates that may need to be communicated. It is vital that we all plan to be there.

4. The “Cast & Crew” Snack Room is in the FirstKids Welcome Area. This is for all Christmasville volunteers! This area will be prepared with food, snacks, and goodies for volunteers each night following prayer through the last show. Tonight will be jambalaya. Yay!! Leave the Tree Farm Treats area to our guests on our public nights. Volunteers will not be served in that area due to the amount of cookies and cocoa needed for our guests each night.

5. Each showtime is an hour and a half. This means if the last show starts at 7pm, those participants have until 8:30pm to take part in all of the fun around campus. We are ending earlier this year, so 8:30pm on each Friday & Saturday will be the latest any session will last. :)

6. Our amazing cart teams will be running pick up and drop off to the Fairburn parking lot. See diagram HERE for those places to catch the cart.
